Andrew Zerfass is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management practice group. Andrew’s practice focuses on representing asset managers of private investment funds in fund formation, governance, organizational structure, internal operations, regulatory compliance and related matters. He also advises fund sponsors on a variety of general corporate counseling matters, secondary transactions and co-investment arrangements.

During law school, Andrew served as an editor and staff writer for the University of Southern California Gould School of Law Spotlight Entertainment Law Review and interned at a New York-based digital asset research firm as a member of its in-house legal team.
