Naurin advises asset managers and fund sponsors on the formation, distribution, governance, and regulation of registered funds and retail alternative investment products. She also represents independent directors and trustees of major registered fund complexes on board oversight and Investment Company Act matters.
Drawing on her prior experience in investor relations at Bridgewater Associates and finance and investment policy work at the United Nations, Naurin brings a practical understanding of the client, commercial, and policy considerations that shape investment products.
Naurin also maintains a diverse pro bono practice focused on supporting mission-driven organizations. She represents nonprofit boards, parents and students in special education and IEP matters, and small businesses, including disability-focused enterprises such as Café Joyeux.
