Samuel Zarkower is an associate at Ropes & Gray in the real estate investments & transactions group. He advises equity and mortgage REITS, private equity funds, institutional investors and other lenders on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage repurchase facilities and joint ventures. He also has experience working on mortgage and mezzanine loans, as well as renewable energy projects involving wind farms and energy storage.
Samuel received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2023, where he was an executive editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, and a managing editor of the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin. Samuel received his B.A. in government and in classical studies with a minor in public policy from Dartmouth College in 2020.
