Our in-house consultants and actuaries can provide a wide range of services. We handle vendor searches, from the recommendation of potential candidates to working with clients through the selection process. We have consultants with experience in underwriting, allowing us to analyze and assist in the negotiation with insurance companies regarding premium costs and rates. We assist clients in all aspects of self-insured arrangements.
We also provide transactional support, including 280G calculations, and provide an expert report and prepare shareholder disclosure and vote materials, if appropriate. We provide a complete analysis, eliminating the need for duplicative services by various professionals.
The Benefits Consulting Group also conducts and evaluates the results of employee focus groups and discussions with senior leadership to design, draft and present communication material about the employer’s welfare and retirement plans. Our group has experience in developing communications directed to executives and other key management with regard to executive benefits, assisting our clients in attracting and retaining key leadership.
