Zach Coseglia is managing principal and head of innovation and co-leader of R&G Insights Lab. He is an experienced litigator, investigator, and former compliance executive. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Zach served as head of global compliance monitoring, analytics and digital at a global biopharmaceutical company, where he designed industry-leading monitoring programs and built innovative, compliance-imbedded digital and analytics functions that helped transform the organization’s approach to risk management. He is a pioneer in the legal industry and a trusted advisor to clients looking for human-centered, analytically powered and digitally enabled approaches to problem solving and risk management.

Hui Chen is an internationally renowned expert in business ethics and compliance, with more than three decades of experience as a consultant, lawyer, academic and thought leader. She serves as a senior advisor and strategic consultant within R&G Insights Lab, the legal industry’s first—and only— analytics and behavioral science consulting group. In this role, she advises clients on the design, implementation, and assessment of ethics and compliance programs, drawing on her deep experience in both the public and private sectors.

Nitish specializes in distilling insights from cutting edge fields, ranging from behavioral science to human-centered design, into actionable strategies for clients. With a Masters in Behavioral Science, experience in leading a multi-disciplinary innovation team and a background as a litigator specializing in multi-jurisdictional investigations and complex financial services cases, Nitish is uniquely positioned to co-design with clients an entirely new approach to legal and compliance matters. His key areas of research include psychological safety in the workplace, and cooperation and trust (especially between humans and robots).

Caitlin Handron, Ph.D., is a cultural psychologist and behavioral scientist skilled in the analysis of human psychological processing. Dr. Handron specializes in the study of culture and implicit bias and the translation of psychological theory into practical application. She earned her doctorate in Social Psychology from Stanford University.

Megan Zwiebel is the Director of Operations & Delivery at R&G Insights Lab, the premier legal consulting group integrating behavioral insights with advanced data analytics capabilities. As both an attorney and former journalist, Megan helps clients to mold disparate systems and data points into coherent, values-based narratives that can drive ethical and inclusive behaviors. She also has responsibility for helping to shape the Lab’s overall business strategy and building out its efficient delivery offerings.

Leah Dowd is an associate in the litigation and enforcement practice group. Leah is currently on an internal secondment with the R&G Insights Lab. During law school, Leah was a member of the Immigrants’ Rights and Human Trafficking Program, where she represented human trafficking survivors seeking T and U nonimmigrant status. Leah interned for the Honorable Dennis F. Saylor IV of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Leah also served as a note development editor for the Boston University Law Review, a first-year writing and research fellow, and a research assistant.

Jeffrey Irwin joined Ropes & Gray’s Insights Lab in 2022. Jeffrey integrates data and behavioral analysis into a range of legal and consulting services. While at Fordham University School of Law, Jeffrey served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Kelly O’Neill Levy of the New York County Supreme Court. Jeffrey was also a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal, and assisted professors James Brudney and Zephyr Teachout in researching unpaid internship regulations and COVID-related small business regulations, respectively.
