Private Fund Sponsors: Return to Work Considerations

Event
June 25, 2020

On Monday, June 22, a group of Ropes & Gray attorneys held a webinar to discuss legal considerations for private fund sponsors as they decide how and when to reopen their offices even as the COVID-19 pandemic persists.

The attorneys participating in the webinar included Megan Bisk and Douglas Brayley, partners in the firm’s employment, executive compensation and benefits practice along with Jennifer Cormier, an employment, executive compensation and benefits associate and Jessica Marlin, an asset management counsel.

Topics covered included operational and legal considerations as well as practical ways that private fund sponsors can mitigate potential liability risks through workplace protocols, screening and contact tracing. The attorneys also discussed matters connected to workplace accommodations and employee leaves.
