  • In the Matter of Certain Flash Memory and Products Containing the Same – We defended Spansion Japan Limited in ITC investigation into alleged infringement of patents owned by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., relating to semiconductor device manufacturing.
  • Realtime Data L.L.C. d/b/a IXO v. Packeteer, Inc. – We represented Realtime in a patent infringement action relating to compression based data acceleration.
  • OPTi Inc. v. Advanced Micro Devices Inc. – We represented AMD in a patent infringement action relating to pre-snooping functions.
  • Analog Devices, Inc. v. Linear Technology Corporation – We represented Linear Technology in a patent infringement action relating to analog integrated circuitry.
