Jim DeGraw is a partner in Ropes & Gray's Corporate Department. Jim typically provides clients, especially those in technology and life sciences industries, with advice on intellectual property creation and exploitation; the structuring and funding of ventures built around intellectual assets; intellectual property, technology and commercial transactions; the formation and management of strategic alliances and outsourcing relationships; and acquisitions and dispositions of businesses.

Tsuyoshi Imai is a partner in Ropes & Gray's Corporate Department. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity transactions. Tsuyoshi has broad experience with transactions in Japan and in other parts of Asia, particularly with acquisitions and corporate finance matters involving Japanese corporations. He recently advised a Japanese consortium in a $3.7 billion acquisition and an additional $3.0 billion acquisition financing assets located in the Philippines. Tsuyoshi also advised a Nasdaq-listed company in their $1.5 billion restructuring of a Jasdaq-listed subsidiary.
