IP transactions partner Edward Kelly and counsel Regina Sam Penti (both of Boston and London) spoke on a panel at the Managing Intellectual Property European Patent Forum 2018 in Paris on Sept. 11. The panel, which included the Global Chief IP Counsel for Imerys Group, Radha Murphy, analyzed U.S. IP trends in their impact on the European IP strategy of multinational corporations. The event was attended by senior counsel and executives from companies across Europe.
