Labor & employment partner Douglas Brayley (Boston) discussed Trying a Systemic Discrimination Case: Jury Selection, “Me Too” Evidence, Witnesses, Arguments and Preserving Error” during a Strafford webinar on Dec. 4.

The webinar addressed applying trial principles to the rapidly expanding volume of claims related to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s systemic discrimination initiative, as well as employment law counseling and litigation avoidance.
