Health care partner Michael Lampert (Boston) was quoted in an Oct. 25 article published in Bloomberg Law’s Health Law & Business News that examines how fraud claims may result from misreporting quality data in value-based health care reimbursement.
Mr. Lampert explains that with quality of health care measured in value-based Medicare payment arrangements, compliance programs will have to consider the integrity of data that they submit to demonstrate quality.
