Ropes & Gray Advises Ellucian, a Portfolio Company of TPG and LGP, in the Completion of its Sale to Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners

Ropes & Gray advised Ellucian, a portfolio company of TPG Capital and Leonard Green & Partners, in the completion of its sale to Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners. The transaction, which was announced on June 14, was completed on Sept. 15. The press release is here. 

Ellucian is a higher education technology provider. TPG is a global alternative asset firm with more than $91 billion of assets under management. Leonard Green & Partners is a private equity investment firm with more than $50 billion of assets under management.
