A View From Washington: What to Expect From the SEC 

Please join the chair of Ropes & Gray’s securities and governance practice, Keith Higgins, and Ropes & Gray partners Pat O’Brien and Chris Comeau as they review the status of new and existing initiatives by Congress and the SEC. Keith recently rejoined the firm after serving for more than three years as the director of corporation finance at the SEC, and will offer unique insights into these rules, filings and initiatives.
