Private Debt Investor has named Ropes & Gray a finalist for “Law Firm of the Year” in three geographies—Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Europe—in the publication’s annual PDI Awards.

  • In the Asia-Pacific region, the firm was shortlisted for its work as adviser to Hong Kong-listed real estate firm Kaisa in the largest restructuring of its kind by a Chinese company.
  • In the Americas, Ropes & Gray was shortlisted for its work advising on fundraisings for Angelo, Gordon, Bain Capital Credit and CVC Credit Partners.
