Her panel discussion, “Anti-Corruption Issues When Doing Business in Latin America,” covered risks and pitfalls to avoid when doing business with third parties, navigating logistics and customs, increased risks during the COVID-19 era, and cross-border cooperation and enforcement. Panelists also discussed recent examples of anti-corruption enforcement by the United States and Brazil in Latin America.
