Bonnie C. Doyle joined Ropes & Gray in 2016 as an associate in the Litigation and Enforcement practice group. Her practice focuses on investigations relating to potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, internal compliance investigations, and compliance risk management. Bonnie also has experience in international arbitration.
Bonnie maintains an significant pro bono practice, with a particular emphasis on cases affecting the LGBTQ community. She works on the Transgender ID Project, which is a cooperation between GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD) and the Massachusetts Transgender Political Coalition (MTPC) that provides legal services to individuals seeking to change their name and/or gender designation on state and federal identity documents. She has also worked on projects with Lambda Legal and with the Center for Reproductive Rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Bonnie was a dispute resolution associate in the New York office of a leading international law firm, where she worked on a variety of multi-jurisdictional investigations and international investment treaty arbitrations. She has also clerked at the Vermont Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
