Ropes & Gray Advises CIVC Partners on Acquisition of KPA Services

Ropes & Gray advised Chicago-based CIVC Partners in connection with its recent acquisition of KPA Services, a software-as-a-service business focused on environment and safety (E&S) and human resources compliance for the auto dealer industry. CIVC is a middle-market private equity firm with approximately $1 billion under management. The transaction was announced Sept. 29.
