The second, ”SEC Proposals – Form CRS Client Relationship Summary for Advisers and Broker-Dealers; Best Interest Standard of Conduct for Broker-Dealers,” published on July 12 was co-authored by private investment funds partner Jason Brown, hedge funds partner Joel Wattenbarger and hedge funds counsel Brynn Rail and discusses the SEC’s proposals for Form CRS, Client Relationship Summary for advisers and broker-dealers, and best interest standards for broker-dealers.
