Amanda Raad, Sean Seelinger, and Jaime Orloff Feeneycontributed the chapter “Self-Reporting to the Authorities and Other Disclosure Obligations: The US Perspective.” Amanda Raad and Sarah Lambert-Porter contributed the chapter “Self-Reporting to the Authorities and Other Disclosure Obligations: The UK Perspective.”

Additionally, the third edition of the Practitioner’s Guide was co-edited by Ama Adams.
