Chief Justice Leo Strine of the Delaware Supreme Court announced last week that he is retiring after five years in his role. Bloomberg reported on the news on July 8 and quoted David Hennes, New York-based partner and co-chair of the corporate and securities litigation practice. “There has been no jurist with more of an impact on corporate law in the last twenty years than Chief Justice Strine,” Mr. Hennes said in the article. “It is a blow to corporate practitioners to see him leave the bench.”
