Ropes & Gray advised GI Partners in its investment in Aras, the only resilient platform provider for digital industrial applications. The transaction was announced on April 19. The press release is here. 

Founded in 2001, GI Partners is a private investment firm based in San Francisco, California. The firm has raised over $26 billion in capital from leading institutional investors around the world to invest in private equity, real estate, and data infrastructure strategies. Aras provides a resilient platform for digital industrial applications. Audi, DENSO, GE, Honda, Kawasaki, Microsoft, Mitsubishi, and Nissan are investing in the platform.
