Partner and co-chair of the firm's real estate practice Jack Creedon (Boston) is named a "Go-To Commercial Real Estate Lawyer" in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. The publication writes that, “over the past year, Creedon advised Bain Capital Credit on a $500 million distressed joint venture while counseling two very different real estate private equity and hedge fund clients through adversarial and at times highly public partnership disputes and buyouts. A year earlier, Creedon advised one of the nation’s largest senior living operators in a massive restructuring of its long-term master lease and management arrangements with a publicly traded senior living REIT that enabled the company to avoid bankruptcy.”
