Ropes & Gray Listed among Top Ten Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts

In its inaugural appearance in The Boston Globe’s Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts, Ropes & Gray sealed a top-ten position on the list. A high percentage of women in the firm’s partnership, as well as in leadership positions, factored into the high ranking. As did the firm’s innovative and creative programs geared toward the helping women lawyers succeed in their careers. The firm’s success speaks directly to the many women in leadership positions at our firm, including Julie Jones who became chair in January 2020.

In 2021, Ropes & Gray was also named to Law360’s list of firms with the most women equity partners, and also The National Law Journal’s “NLJ500 Women’s Scorecard,” a ranking of the largest U.S. law firms by representation of women attorneys.
