Overview

We regularly represent agents and fiduciaries in out-of-court and in-court restructurings, both in the United States and internationally. Our team has litigated on behalf of indenture trustees in dozens of bankruptcy cases on matters of critical importance to fiduciaries. We also advise our corporate trust clients with respect to their service on official creditors’ committees in chapter 11 cases across the United States.
