Alumni Career Accelerator and Re-ttorney Program
Attorneys leave Ropes & Gray for a number of worthwhile reasons, such as the desire to pursue new professional opportunities, return to school or dedicate more time to family. We fully support those decisions and are committed to supporting the professional growth of our alumni no matter where their career takes them.
We collaborate closely with alumni who are seeking new opportunities, offering guidance on job search strategies, access to unique job listings, and connections to other alumni or friends of the firm. These services are designed to support alumni in their professional growth and help them navigate the job market effectively.
We also recognize that experiences attorneys have after leaving Ropes & Gray sometimes lead them back to the firm, enriching our firm culture and bringing valuable added perspective to our work on behalf of clients. Ropes & Gray welcomes conversations with alumni who are interested in returning to the firm. Since launching the Re-ttorney program in 2017 we have welcomed back over 140 Re-ttorneys in a variety of roles–including partnership track associate, career attorney, KM attorney and staff–across a variety of practice groups.
