Christopher W. Holt
Chris joined Ropes & Gray in 2020 as an associate in the firm's finance group, and focuses his practice on advising private sponsors, their portfolio companies and public companies in a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, asset-based financings, second lien credit facilities and private capital financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked as an associate in the finance group of a large New York law firm where he represented lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of complex financing transactions.
