Sharon Jaquez
Associate
Sharon Jaquez is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s health care group. She provides transactional, regulatory, and compliance advice to a broad range of health care clients, including hospitals and health systems, pharmaceutical manufacturers, physician practices and other provider organizations, and private equity investors. She has also assisted clients with issues associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, including navigating financial relief provisions for health care providers under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).
While in law school, Sharon served on the executive boards of the Latin American Law Student Association and the Woman of Color Collaborative and as the senior articles editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. She also worked as a law clerk at a health law firm in Boston and externed in the Office of General Counsel at Boston Medical Center.
