Natalie is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s health care group. She works with health care clients confronting transactional, regulatory, and compliance issues including mergers and acquisitions, federal and state fraud and abuse laws, and government enforcement defense.

Prior to law school, Natalie worked as a corporate paralegal at Ropes & Gray. While at the University of Michigan Law School, Natalie worked in the in-house legal department of a Fortune 500 company. Natalie also served as the president of the Women’s Law Student Association, a contributing editor to the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform, and a student attorney in the Entrepreneurship Clinic.
