Sana Shakir

Sana Shakir joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2021 and practices in the firm’s health care group.

Sana advises hospitals, health systems, pharmaceutical and medical device manufactures, investors, and other health care industry clients on a variety of regulatory, transactional, compliance, and privacy matters.

Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Sana practiced at another large international law firm, where she provided regulatory counsel to a wide range of health care and life sciences industry clients.
