Peter Witschi is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s corporate department. His practice is focused on advising public and private companies and investors in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, tender offers, private equity investments, securities offerings and other strategic transactions and corporate governance matters. Peter also advises public and private companies and asset managers on ESG, corporate social responsibility and business and human rights compliance matters.

- Represented Signify Health in its approximately $8 billion sale to CVS Health.
