The Chicago office of Ropes & Gray and Ropes & Gray’s Women’s Forum sponsored a Women’s Leadership Dinner where Chicago’s most accomplished female professionals gathered for an invite-only cocktail reception and dinner at one of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, Brindille, on April 22. Mergers & acquisitions partner Jane Goldstein (Boston/New York) and government enforcement partner Laura Hoey (Chicago), who co-chair the Women’s Forum, which fosters recruitment, promotion, retention and advancement of women lawyers to leadership positions, jointly hosted the event with health care partner Deborah Gersh (Chicago), hedge funds partner Deborah Monson (Chicago) and health care counsel Alison Fethke (Chicago). The dinner was attended by Chicago-based influential women in industries such as private equity, health care, pharmaceuticals, hedge funds and technology. The evening included a personal address from chef-owner Carrie Nahabedian of Brindille.
