Schutte v. SuperValu Inc. and the FCA case Sheldon v. Allergan, with insights for companies navigating the complexity of government price reporting.
The session will examine how biopharmaceutical industry manufacturers can mitigate risk in light of enforcement trends and the recent court decisions, including the role of reasonable assumptions and other proactive steps.
The summit is focused on evolving federal and state regulatory Medicaid guidelines and compliance strategies on government program reporting and reimbursements.
