Ropes & Gray is proud to sponsor Datacloud USA 2023, taking place in Austin from September 11 to 12, which is the second annual data infrastructure conference connecting decision makers from across data center, cloud, and edge provider enterprises.

Data infrastructure leaders from across the North American market will attend Datacloud USA. Ropes & Gray finance attorney Arek Maczka will join leaders from MUFG, Prime Data Centers, Society Generale and Brookfield’s Infrastructure Group in a panel on Tuesday, September 12 at 11:00am to discuss trends in data center financing addressing the following questions:

• What are the financial arrangements that let operators of data centers expand their capacity?
• Future lending requirements on sustainability-linked loan principles of any financing of data centers in order to support investment in data center assets.
• What successful alternative/ PE financing and JV deals have taken place in the data center space?
