Warren Goodworth to Moderate Panel at Markets Group PE Forum in San Francisco

On October 3, asset management partner Warren Goodworth will moderate a panel at the Markets Group PE Forum in San Francisco.

The panel is titled, “Navigating Fund Operations & Formation Including Regulatory and Structural Considerations,” and will focus on the key structural considerations and legal complexities of forming, launching and operating a private equity fund. The panel will also look at recent regulatory developments that have impacted fund managers and investors with respect to fees and expenses, co-investments and conflicts of interest. Joining Warren on the panel will be David Smolen, Managing Director, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at GI Partners, Sam Cooper Rivera, Senior Director & Deputy General Counsel, Capital Formation, at TPG and Jared Roscoe, Partner, Deputy General Counsel at SoftBank.
