Finance partners Andrea Hwang and Arek Maczka will speak at the 29th Annual LSEG Middle Market, Direct Lending & Large Corporate Loans Conference on Thursday, Nov. 2 at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel in Manhattan.
Andrea and Arek will moderate a panel entitled “Leveraged Financings – The Current State of Play,” and will be joined by Jeff Boyd of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Liz Chang of Berkshire Partners, Karen De Castro of Ares Credit Group and Kevin Sherlock of BMO. Speakers will discuss how the approach to leveraged buyouts has changed, how private equity sponsors have mitigated the turbulence in the debt capital markets, and developments in the syndicated market and direct credit space.
Additional conference panels will focus on private equity finance, private credit and opportunities in the lower mid-market.
