Litigation & enforcement partner Eva Carman recently served as a panelist at the 51st Annual Securities Regulation Institute conference.
Eva and members of the panel titled “SEC Enforcement Investigations” discussed private funds and recent enforcement initiatives including analyzing cryptocurrency developments, financial reporting enforcement, cooperation and remediation credit—including trends under the current administration, insider trading, whistleblower interference, the FCPA, and other hot topics.
Eva is the co-head of Ropes & Gray’s global securities and futures enforcement practice and is co-managing partner of its 550-lawyer New York office. She has over 30 years of experience representing financial firms in SEC, CFTC, and FINRA enforcement matters.
