Ama Adams to Co-Chair 10th National Conference on CFIUS

On April 10 and 11, litigation & enforcement partner Ama Adams will serve as co-chair for ACI’s 10th National CFIUS Conference. The conference will explore process intricacies, regulatory challenges, and mitigation strategies for global businesses.

In a conversation with ACI Director Desiree Finhert, Ama noted that “nothing about CFIUS is static. We are constantly having to adapt to the changing dynamics of national security. From reverse CFIUS to enforcement guidelines, there are numerous issues that investors need to be addressing and analyzing.”
