Ropes & Gray Attorneys to Speak at Kayo Women’s Real Estate Summit

Real estate partner Sally Davis will present at the Kayo Women’s Real Estate Summit in Washington D.C. on April 9.

Sally will moderate a panel titled “Raising Capital for Real Estate.” The panel will focus on how real estate investment strategies are changing, where opportunities lie, and pitfalls to avoid in capital raising as we head into 2025.  Joining Sally on the panel will be Gila Cohen, Global Head of Institutional Partnerships at Monroe Capital, Moriah Thomas Parker, Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management and Investor Relations at FCP, Annie Hsieh, Head of Business Development, Real Estate, Americas at Partners Group, Danielle Even, Principal, Real Estate Investments at GCM Grosvenor, and Susan Bailey, Managing Director at Crow Holdings.
