Sally will moderate a panel titled “Raising Capital for Real Estate.” The panel will focus on how real estate investment strategies are changing, where opportunities lie, and pitfalls to avoid in capital raising as we head into 2025. Michelle will moderate a panel titled “The Industrial Revolution: Real Estate Outlook.” The panel will focus on new major hubs and growing property types, trends in capital raising and leasing, and the impact of technology and the diversification of ports on the industrial real estate market.
