Laura, who is an industry thought leader for False Claims Act matters, will address current legal and ethical issues that arise in connection with the enforcement of health care fraud matters during the session, “Practice Pointers for False Claims Act Cases.” The session runs from 1:30-2:45pm.
Laura is co-head of Ropes & Gray’s global litigation and enforcement practice group and a leading white collar defense and government enforcement lawyer. A former federal healthcare fraud prosecutor with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, she is known for creative and tenacious defenses and efficient, well-managed internal investigations.
