Asset Management Attorneys to Speak at 2024 Securities Law Developments Conference

On October 8 and 10, asset management partners Sarah Clinton, Greg Davis, and Elizabeth Reza will speak at the virtual 2024 Securities Law Developments Conference.

Sarah and Greg will host a session on October 8 at 1:05 p.m. focused on registered alternative funds.

Elizabeth will participate in a panel on October 10 at 12:00 p.m. titled “The SEC in its Rulemaking Era: Implementation Issues Related to Unprecedented SEC Rule Adoptions,” which will focus on approaches to, and challenges presented by, various recently adopted final rules including amendments to the Names Rule, Reg S-P, Treasury Clearing rules, and more.
