Renata Ferrari, head of the firm's employment, executive compensation and benefits group who also serves as co-managing partner of the Boston office, will present on two panels during the TheCorporateCounsel.net and CompensationStandards.com’s upcoming Executive Compensation conference, which will be hosted in San Francisco on October 15.
Renata’s panel sessions include “Living with Clawbacks: What Are We Learning?” during which she will address topics related to recently-adopted Dodd-Frank clawback policies; and “Hot Topics: 30 Practical Tips in 30 Minutes” during which she will explore topics related to executive and director compensation, proxy disclosure and governance matters.
The 2024 Proxy Disclosure Conference and 21st Executive Compensation Conference includes leaders responsible for the preparation and review of proxy disclosures, including ESG and executive pay disclosures and shareholder proposal responses, the implementation of executive and equity compensation plans and advising boards on oversight responsibilities.
