Brandon Howald to Speak at Metro Connect USA

Private equity partner and digital infrastructure subsector lead Brandon Howald will moderate a panel on February 24th at Metro Connect USA one of the largest events for digital infrastructure leaders in the US to be held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida from February 24th to 26th.

Brandon will moderate the panel titled “The M&A Panel - Are we seeing a return to increased M&A activity?” The panel will address the following questions:

• What can we learn from recent transactions, and are other significant announcements likely?
• How do leading investors and bankers see the year ahead across digital infrastructure?
• Why are alternative deal structures, like JVs, growing in prominence compared with traditional M&A?
