Dan Ward to Speak at Harvard International Arbitration Conference

Litigation & enforcement partner Dan Ward will be speaking at the annual Harvard International Arbitration conference. The conference will take place March 6-8 at Harvard Law School, and Dan will be participating in a panel discussion titled “AI in Dispute Resolution: Streamlining or Complicating Justice?” that will be held on March 8.

Ropes & Gray is a sponsor of the conference, and this year’s theme – “Arbitration 100: Shaping the Next Century of International Dispute Resolution” – marks the 100^th anniversary of the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

A distinguished group of speakers, including an opening keynote delivered by Claudia Salomon, President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, other law firm partners, judges and arbitrators, will take the stage at the conference, covering topics such as the energy transition, construction and infrastructure, technology and AI, and sovereignty and domestic laws.
