Ropes & Gray Attorneys to Moderate Panels at with.Intelligence Women in Private Equity Summit

The premier conference brings together over 1,200 senior women from across the private markets industry, including influential institutional investors and asset managers. Among this year’s keynote speakers will be tennis legend Venus Williams.

As part of our sponsorship, asset management partner Lindsey Goldstein and finance partner Nichole Lopez-Tackett will moderate panels on March 4.

Lindsey will moderate the panel titled “Winning Over LPs in a Tough Fundraising Environment: What Does It Take?” Panelists will offer their insights on how they tackled fundraising, the efforts they made to find new investors, and the role that terms played. The panelists include Monica Chase, Head of Investor Relations and Managing Director at TSG Consumer, Leah Hiraoka, Head of Investor Relations and Marketing at Shamrock Capital, Lisa Lee, Managing Director at PSG, and Yokasta Segura-Baez, Managing Director of Investor Relations at ArcLight.

Nichole will moderate the panel titled “Declining Interest Rates, Slowdowns in Exits and Increased Competition: What Does It Mean for Lending in 2025?” In the panel, private credit professionals will give their view of the current lending market, the issues they are considering in making a loan, and how the view of “financeable” businesses has changed and may further change in the coming year. The panelists include Katie Hockman, Partner and Head of Debt Capital Markets for The Vistria Group, Michele Kovatchis, Senior Managing Director at Antares Capital, Kelli Marti, Senior Managing Director at Churchill Asset Management, and Sarah Roche, Managing Director at Fidelity Investments.
