María González Calvet, co-chair of Ropes & Gray’s anti-corruption and international risk and Latin America practices, will be a guest speaker as part of the IX Anticorruption Postgraduate Course, organized by the International Chamber of Commerce Mexico (ICC Mexico) and the Anticorruption Commission, in collaboration with Universidad Panamericana.
María’s speech, titled “The Lifecycle of a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Investigation and Recent Enforcement Trends in Latin America,” will be held virtually on Wednesday, April 30 at 7pm ET/5pm Mexico City time.
The course brings together high-level government officials, legal scholars and prestigious practitioners who are combating corruption in Mexico and around the world.
María has led a session as part of the ICC Mexico course since 2021.
