Ahead of the 21st Annual IBA Anti-Corruption Conference, anti-corruption and international risk co-chair Amanda Raad will be participating in a panel discussion in Paris on recent legal and regulatory developments in anticorruption, compliance, and ESG across France, Brazil, the UK, and the US.
Amanda and her fellow panelists will discuss global legislative and enforcement trends in anticorruption and how they are being driven by recent international cooperation in anticorruption enforcement. They will also delve into recent guidance from regulators around the world and how companies can adapt their compliance frameworks to meet the moment.
The panel discussion is being held on Tuesday June 24 at the Paris office of Gide Loyrette Nouel, and the IBA conference begins on June 25, also in Paris.
