Sean Seelinger, a London-based litigation & enforcement partner and co-chair of the R&G Insights Lab, will be speaking at a European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers (EFCL) conference titled, “Calculating the unexpected: best practice and pitfalls in international corporate bribery and ESG inventions.”
The conference is being held in Paris on June 13, and Sean is participating in a panel discussion on the impact of changing U.S. enforcement priorities, AI, and remediation on white collar investigations.
This discussion comes just days after the Department of Justice announced its new guidelines on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). See our latest thinking on the new FCPA guidelines.
You can find more information about the conference on the EFCL website.
