M&A partner Suni Sreepada will participate in two panel discussions at the American Bar Association’s 2025 Business Law Fall Meeting taking place September 18-20 in Toronto, Canada.
Suni will take part in a program titled “The Rules Have Changed: Doing M&A Deals in the New World Order.” This program will discuss recent geopolitical and economic trends and what deal lawyers need to know in order to complete deals in the new environment.
Suni will also participate in a panel titled “M&A Dealmaking in the Current Political Environment.” The panel will discuss the current administration’s approach to M&A and structures used in recent transactions.
Suni advised Nippon Steel in its historic partnership with U.S. Steel that included the U.S. government’s first-ever golden share.
