ERISA and benefits partner Josh Lichtenstein, who heads the firm’s ERISA fiduciary practice, will present at the American Investment Council’s (AIC) General Counsel Day 2025 on November 20.
Josh will speak on the panel “Retailization of 401(k)s” that will explore topics including an overview of the President’s executive order on alternative assets in 401(k) retirement accounts, structures within a safe harbor, product development, and connecting to target date funds, among others.
The American Investment Council is an advocacy organization established to provide information about the private equity industry and its contributions to long-term growth.
