Joshua Levy to Moderate Fireside Chat with Massachusetts First Assistant Attorney General Pat Moore

On November 13, Ropes & Gray partner and former U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Joshua Levy, will host a fireside chat with Pat Moore, First Assistant Attorney General of Massachusetts. This invite-only event will be held at the Boston Four Seasons Hotel and will feature insights from one of the busiest Attorney General’s offices in the country.

Joshua and Pat will address the AG’s mission and scope; Attorney General Campbell’s priorities; coordination with federal partners across enforcement areas and other challenges of leading this important office.    They will also discuss the evolution of multistate AG enforcement actions, the importance of corporate culture to charging and settlement decisions, effective advocacy by outside counsel, among other topics.
